ORDER
Richard Koury appeals from a decision by the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission that denied Kourys claim for pandemic unemployment assistance benefits from April 26, 2020, to June 12, 2021, because he failed to file claims for benefits in the time and procedural manner required by law. Koury argues that the Commission failed to first determine his eligibility for PUA benefits as a self-employed business owner under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act of 2020 and asks us to remand the case to the Commission with instructions to make this determination. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
