ORDER
Flinten Eugene Otis appeals the circuit courts denial of his Rule 29.15 amended motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. Otis contends the circuit court clearly erred in finding that trial counsel did not render ineffective assistance when counsel failed to investigate and present Otiss mother as a mitigation witness at sentencing.
