Opinion

ORDER

Timothy Richardson appeals his convictions for statutory rape in the first degree in violation of section 566.032, statutory sodomy in the first degree, in violation of section 566.062, and three counts of child molestation in the second degree, in violation of section 566.068, following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Macon County. Richardson asserts that the trial court erred in admitting testimony about a threat he made, erred in failing to grant his request for a mistrial because of one of the victims behavior while her forensic interview played during her direct examination, and that the trial court plainly erred by failing to sua sponte declare a mistrial for a comment the State made during closing argument. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 30.25(b).
