ORDER

Blade Elliott (“Elliott”) appeals his convictions for one count of murder in the second degree, one count of attempted robbery in the first degree, and two counts of armed criminal action following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Clay County (“trial court”). Elliott raises one point on appeal, claiming the trial court plainly erred in failing to act sua sponte to prevent the State from improperly suggesting in its cross-examination of Elliott that he obtained photographs of the victims girlfriend a few days after the murder because he planned to kill her. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
