ORDER
Mr. Jeffrey Jost appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Boone County, which denied his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief after an evidentiary hearing. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 84.16(b). Per Curiam:
