Opinion

Now at this day come again the parties aforesaid, by their respective attorneys, and the Court here being now sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, doth consider and adjudge that the results of the 2022 general election approving Amendment No. 4 are set aside. This Court orders a special election for that question be conducted on August 6, 2024. The secretary of state is ordered to take all actions necessary to effect this remedy, and notice of the special election is to be given as if the proposal were going before the voters for the first time. (Opinion filed.)
