ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction. Sixth Judicial District Court, Humboldt County; Michael Montero, Judge.
Appellants counsel has filed a notice of voluntary withdrawal of this appeal. Counsel advises this court that he discussed this matter with appellant by letter in June and July 2024, and provides a signed declaration from appellant stating that appellant “told my lawyer that I do not want to proceed with the appeal. I just want to do my time in his case. Therefore, I wish to withdraw this appeal.” Cause appearing, we ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
