ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from a purported district court order denying a motion for new trial. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Eric Johnson, Judge.
A review of the district court docket and minute entries indicates that no written order disposing of this motion has been entered. Thus, the notice of appeal is premature. See NRS 177.015(3) (stating that a defendant only may appeal from a final judgment or verdict). This court lacks jurisdiction and ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
