ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On December 7, 2023, this court issued a notice that, among other things, directed appellant to file and serve, within 14 days, the transcript request form or certificate that no transcripts will be requested. The notice also directed appellant to file, within 21 days, the docketing statement. On January 10, 2024, this court issued an order noting that appellants transcript request form and docketing statement were overdue and directed appellant to file the documents within 14 days. The order also cautioned appellant that failure to timely file the documents may result in dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 9(a)(7); NRAP 14(c). To date, appellant has failed to file the transcript request form and docketing statement or otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, this court ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
