ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Vincent Ochoa, Judge. Review of the notice of appeal and documents before this court reveals a jurisdictional defect.
Appellants notice of appeal fails to designate the specific order or judgment being challenged on appeal. See NRAP 3(c)(1)(B). To the extent appellant appeals the vacation of the hearing set in district court for January 25, 2024, there is no court rule of statute authorizing such an appeal, and this court “may only consider appeals authorized by statute or court rule.” Brown v. MHC Stagecoach, LLC, 129 Nev. 343, 345, 301 P.3d 850, 851 (2013). Accordingly, this court dismisses this appeal for lack of jurisdiction. Further, as this court lacks jurisdiction over this appeal, appellants request for a pro bono attorney, a stay of the remittitur, and an extension of time are denied. It is so ORDERED.
