ORDER DENYING PETITION
This is an original pro se petition for a writ of mandamus and damages. Having considered the petition and the accompanying materials, we are not persuaded that our extraordinary and discretionary intervention is warranted. See NRS 34.170; Pan v. Eighth Judicial Dist. Court, 120 Nev. 222, 224, 228, 88 P.3d 840, 841, 844 (2004); NRAP 21(a)(3). Accordingly, we ORDER the petition DENIED.
