ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL AND REINSTATING BRIEFING
When initial review of the docketing statement and documents before this court revealed a potential jurisdictional defect with respect to that appeal, this court ordered appellant to show cause why the appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. In response, appellant has filed a notice of withdrawal of the appeal in Docket No. 87370. The notice is treated as a motion to withdraw appeal and granted as such. The appeal in Docket No. 87370 is dismissed. NRAP 42(b).
Briefing of the appeal in Docket No. 87016 is reinstated. Appellant shall have 30 days from the date of this order to file and serve the opening brief and appendix. Thereafter, briefing shall proceed in accordance with NRAP 31(a)(1). Failure to timely file and serve the opening brief and appendix may result in the imposition of sanctions, including the dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 31(d).
