A mature consideration of the record in this case has led us to the conclusion that the honorable district judge who heard the habeas corpus erred in refusing • bail; wherefore the judgment is reversed, and applicant will be admitted to bail upon his execution of a bond with good and sufficient sureties, conditioned as the law requires, in the sum of five thousand dollars. Ordered accordingly.
