— In this case there appears to be no service of summons, no appearance of defendant, no hearing of the cause, but merely a judgment by default, and that entered in figures and not in words at length. The proceeding is unlawful. The judgment must be reversed. [f] Rossell and Pennington, Justices, concurred.
