MEMORANDUM

Nine Oregon state prisoners appeal pro se the district court’s order denying their various post-judgment motions, including motions to reactivate a 1979 judgment to bring in new claims. We affirm for the reasons stated in the district court’s order filed on February 17, 2000.

AFFIRMED.
