There is no cause of reversal. It is an for malicious prosecution commenced by warrant; the state of demand is technically drawn, containjng every thing requisite in such a case; and as there were several witnesses sworn, it is to be presumed that the demand was supported by proof. Of such a cause the justice had jurisdiction, and there seems no error in the proceedings. Judgment affirmed.
