PER CURIAM.

It appearing that this appeal is from orders of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida granting motions by the Government to quash subpoenas duces tecum and ad tes-tificandum, and it appearing that such orders are not “final decisions” within the contemplation of Title 28 U.S.Code § 1291, IT IS NOW ORDERED that the motion of the United States to dismiss the within appeal is hereby granted and the appeal is dismissed.

ON PETITION FOR REHEARING AND ALTERNATIVELY, A MOTION TO STAY ISSUANCE OF MANDATE
