Opinion

majority opinion

— Per Curiam:

The law, as laid down by the Court in the charge, is indisputable. If Elliott took the note in suit in payment of Holt’s indebtedness in whole or part, he stood in the position of an innocent holder, and could not be affected by any equity between Snyder and ITolt. This was a question of fact, and was fairly submitted to the jury. Judgment affirmed.
