Opinion

majority opinion

Per Curiam.

After a careful examination and consideration of all of the evidence submitted to the jury in this ease, we feel satisfied that its verdict is not supported by a preponderance of that evidence, but on the contrary is opposed to it. For this reason the rule to show cause must be made absolute. For affirm, anee — None.

For reversal — The Chancellor, Chiee Justice, Garrison, Swayze, Trenckard, Parker, K&lisoit, Bogert, Vredenburgh, Congdon, White, Terhune, Heeeen-HEISTER, JJ. 13.
