To compel respondent to vacate an order setting aside service, made in Wayne County in a suit commenced in Macomb, of a declaration, in an action of assumpsit for services performed by relator as an attorney at law. Denied, with costs, June 7, 1897.
The circuit judge held that the service rendered is not such labor and service as is contemplated by Plow. Ann. Stat., Sec. 7317.
