HOLBROOK vs. CITY TREASURER (Detroit)

To compel respondent to receive from relator, who is the owner •of an undivided interest of a lot in the city of Detroit, which had been sold for city taxes, a proportionate amount of the whole tax and cancel the sale as to such undivided interest. Granted January 5, 1860.
