Per Curiam:
We see no error in this decree. The facts and circumstances, •clearly proved, establish a presumption of the invalidity of the claim, sufficient to change the burden of proof. No evidence was given to rebut that presumption; therefore, Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed, at the costs of the ■■appellant.
