Per Curiam:
There is no error in the rejection of evidence, nor do we see any in taking the case from the jury. There is no evidence of a change of possession in pursuance of the purchase. Moreover, the act of July 5, 1883, appears to be fatal to the plaintiff’s claim to recover. Judgment affirmed.
