Per Curiam:
The plaintiff’s own evidence shows he was guilty of contributory negligence. While the car was in motion he stepped from the front platform with his back towards the horses, retaining his hold on the dashboard. The forward movement of the car pulled him backwards and very naturally resulted in throwing him on the ground. The learned judge was clearly right in taking the case from the jury. Judgment affirmed.
