Per Curiam:
This preliminary injunction is modified as follows: In so far as it enjoins against relaying the rails to the former end of the track on the east side of Front street, the injunction is dissolved; beyond that the injunction is continued until final decree. Thus modified the decree is affirmed, and the appeal dismissed, each party to pay one half the costs of this appeal.
