We have carefully examined the record in this case, and have-given due consideration to the able argument of the counsel for the plaintiff in error; yet we are not able to discover any error in the-conclusion at which the learned judge arrived. His opinion contains a correct statement of the law, and vindicates the.judgment. Judgment affirmed.
