Per Curiam :
This was a feigned issue to try the title to certain personal property levied on by the plaintiffs in error, as the property of Tyler & Scouller. We discover no error in the law as declared by the court, and the facts were submitted to the jury in a clear and correct charge. Judgment affirmed.
