Per Curiam :
There is no error in this record. The costs now sought to be recovered were duly taxed by the court having jurisdiction of the case. The correctness thereof cannot be controverted in this suit on the bond. The conclusiveness thereof is binding on both surety and principal. Judgment affirmed.
