Per Curiam:
The evidence was sufficient to carry this case to the jury. It was submitted, in a clear and correct charge. The law was correctly declared. There was more than a scintilla of evidence to justify the verdict. The presumption arising from clearly established facts was not rebutted by any evidence whatever. Judgment affirmed.
