Per Curiam:
The evidence in this case reveals no fraud on the part of Wilson or his wife. The execution of the deed to her was done’ under the direction of the plaintiff’s agent, and the taking, by that agent, of her judgment note, which, of course, was good for nothing, as security for the money advanced by his principal, was his mistake; a mistake which neither the court below nor this court can cure. The judgment is affirmed.
