Per Curiam:
An examination of the whole evidence fails to convict the auditor of error in his finding of facts. The finding was approved and confirmed by the court. The facts thus found clearly sustain the decree of distribution. The certificate of acknowl edgment is a substantial compliance with the requirements of the statute. Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed, at the costs of the appellants.
