Per Curiam:
These two cases were argued together. They arise out of the same transaction and are somewhat blended. Some slight errors and irregularities do appear, but they are not of such magnitude as to demand a reversal of either judgment or decree, Therefore,— Judgment and decree each affirmed and the appeal dismissed, at the costs of the appellant.
