Per Curiam:
The opinion of the master in this case is certainly very accurate and learned, and has been followed with a slight modification by the opinions of the learned judges, or a majority of them, of the court below. We, therefore, adopt those opinions, as containing a true exposition of the law of this case. The decree is affirmed and the appeal is dismissed at the costs, of the appellant.
