Per Curiam:
The decree, procured by Mrs. King legalized the encroachment within the boundaries of the land, which she subsequently conveyed to the appellee. There was, therefore, a clear breach of the covenant contained in her deed, and this decree is correct. Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed, at the costs of the appellant.
