Per Curiam:
Tn view of the lapse of time before this claim was made, as well as the other facts of the case, we see no error in the decree. The reasons given in the opinion of the court fully sustain, the conclusion at which it arrived. Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed, at the costs of the appellant.
