Per Curiam :
All questions relating to the mental incapacity of the testator were correctly submitted to the jury. As the evidence failed to show any undue influence on his mind at the time he executed the will the issue of undue influence was properly withdrawn from the jury. We discover no error in the answers to the points nor in the general charge.
Judgment affirmed.
