Per Curiam:
This was a scire facias on a judgment All the facts averred in the affidavits of defense are insufficient to defeat the action. The record of the former judgment shows that the justice had jurisdiction of the subject-matter and of the parties; and the matters now alleged cannot be retried on this scire facias. Judgment affirmed.
