Per Curiam :
The evidence of the alleged gift of the note, and of the delivery thereof, was amply sufficient to submit to the jury. This question, as well as those relating to feebleness of mind of the donor, and undue influence on him, were sent to the jury in a clear and correct charge. We see no error in the record. Judgment affirmed.
