Per Curiam:
We do not deem it necessary to refer to the evidence in detail nor to review the well-settled authorities. The only substantial questions to he determined were those of fact relating to defective construction and negligent maintenance of the works by the defendants below. The evidence was well submitted and sustains the verdict.
Judgment affirmed.
