Per Curiam:
The judgment entered on this case stated is sustained by a long and unbroken line of cases. Many of them may be found collected in Pennsylvania R. Co. v. Pittsburgh, 104 Pa. 522. The right of taxation as land in this latter case was only sustained under the provisions of a special act of assembly.
Judgment affirmed.
