Per Curiam :
This case was well submitted to the jury in an accurate charge. The points were correctly answered. We discover no substantial difference between the facts now shown and those which existed in other cases arising on the same contract, which we have heretofore decided. It is, therefore, unnecessary to review the facts or repeat the authorities applicable to the case. Judgment affirmed.
