Notwithstanding the able argument of the counsel for the appellant, we think the conclusion of the learned judge is well sustained by his opinion filed on making the rule absolute; and •on that opinion the decree is affirmed. Decree affirmed, and appeal dismissed, at the costs of the appellant.
