Per Curiam :
The fact that one of the heirs has received an advancement is no insuperable obstacle to a partition of the other lands of the decedent. In the distribution of the proceeds of the land the question of advancements can be inquired into and ascertained. Therefore this decree is affirmed, on the opinion of the learned judge below. Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed, at the costs of the appellants.
