Pee Curiam :
The attempted reformation of the contract of the 14th of September, 1883, was a signal failure. Where there is oath against oath, as in this case, a chancellor invariably refuses to interfere. Independently of this, the circumstances of the transaction are all opposed to the theory of the plaintiff. The judgment is affirmed.
