Per Curiam:
As we can discover no flaw in the charge and rulings of the learned judge of the court below, and as the main principle involved in this case has been thoroughly settled by several recent decisions of this court, we must dismiss the exceptions, and concur in the judgment of the common pleas. Judgment affirmed.
