Per Curiam:
Clearly, the equity side of the court of common pleas had no jurisdiction of the matter complained of in the plaintiffs’ bill; their remedy was an action at law. Appeal dismissed and decree affirmed, at the costs of appellants, without prejudice to their right to maintain an action at law.
