The action of the quarter sessions in approving the bond of David H. Burton, tax collector of Millcreek township, is not reviewable here, either upon appeal or certiorari; hence, we cannot in this proceeding pass upon the constitutionality of the act of June 25,1885, under which the said collector was elected. Writ quashed.
