Per Curiam:
The first assignment of error cannot be sustained, because founded on an alleged state of facts not found in the case; the second, because it was fully and fairly answered; and the third and fourth, because exception is therein taken to the admission of, and reference to, the petition of Susan Long, for the benefit of the act of the 3d of April, 1872, which was properly admitted in evidence. The judgment is affirmed.
