Opinion

majority opinion

Per Curiam :

There is nothing in the affidavit of defense which should have prevented the court from entering judgment against the de-fendants. Full faith and credit must be given to the transcript of the record of the Virginia court, and as that record shows on its face that the circuit court had jurisdiction of the defendants through a service of its writ upon them, its judgment must be taken by the courts of the state as juris et de jwre.

The judgment is affirmed.
