We find no error in the disposition of this case by the orphans’ court. A proper interpretation has been given to the will of Henry W. Patterson, and as, by that interpretation, the security of the mortgagee cannot be affected, we cannot see why it joined in this appeal. Decree affirmed at costs of appellants.
